There are no huge minimums here. We welcome small batches, even single items for most products. Wristbands start at just 20 units, lanyards at 5, and custom apparel has no minimum. Whether you need 1 shirt or 1,000 event bands, we've got you covered.

Yes! We offer 24-hour and 48-hour rush turnaround on select products:
Rush fees are $40 for 24-48 hour turnaround and $20 for 72-hour turnaround. Rush availability depends on project complexity. Contact us to confirm.
We accept PSD, AI, SVG, PDF, and PNG files at a minimum of 300 DPI for best print quality. Don't have print-ready artwork? No problem, we offer full design services and can create your artwork from scratch or vectorize your existing logo.
Absolutely! We're a full design-to-print studio. We can create logos, brand identities, marketing materials, and print-ready artwork from scratch. There's a one time setup fee to vectorize logos for printing, and repeat customers get that waived since we save your files for future orders.

Custom products are made to your specifications, so refunds aren't available on personalized items. However, if there's a printing error on our end, we'll correct and resend it at no charge, plus a discount on your next order. We stand behind our work.
Pre-designed graphics and drinkware in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
For orders over $200, we require a 30-35% deposit to begin production. Smaller orders and website purchases require full payment upfront. You'll always receive a free digital mockup for approval before we start printing, so you see exactly what you're getting before you commit.

While we're based in Brampton and offer local delivery within 1-3 business days across the GTA (Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Markham and surrounding areas), we also ship across Canada, the USA, and internationally, including the Caribbean.
